Kantaris Media Player es un reproductor multimedia capaz de reproducir los formatos de audio y vídeo más comunes, incluyendo películas en DVD y audio CD.
El programa en sí está basado en el excelente reproductor multimedia VLC pero optimizado para reproducir archivos, única y exclusivamente, de manera local. Carece de funciones de red u otras funciones adicionales que puedan entorpecer su usabilidad.
Su entorno gráfico incluye los controles necesarios para acceder a las funciones básicas del programa. Incluye una serie de animaciones y visualizaciones que te ayudarán a decorar tus reproducciones.
